Return Policy /Exchanges/ Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • The item must be in its original packaging

Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Hats

  • Beanies

  • Socks

  • Underwear

  • Clearance items

  • Digital product

  • Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

     

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
